SALON DIRECTOR/OWNER –

Teresa Gonzales: I first opened OPUS in 2005 with the idea to create a town salon with a village feel. With over 25 years of hairdressing experience, hair is definitely my passion and i strive on delivering such excellent experience for all clients. My forte is hair up and off the cuff re-styles, I love to create as I go, my best haircuts are born this way. I hope to one day own an academy so I can share my skills with the next generation of hair stylists.

 

 

SENIOR STYLIST –

      Laura Hales: I have been hairdressing now for 9 years and I can honestly say I love every aspect of it. I strive off making my clients walk out the salon feeling amazing! Foiling being my favourite part of it all, I find it very therapeutic. But besides that I do love a good colour change, as I have just started with the OPUS team I cannot wait to learn all the new things they have to offer. They have made me feel so welcome and I can already tell the best is still yet to come with the help ang guidance from these talented girls.

 

 

Katie Woodhall: I started at opus in 2008 as an apprentice although i have taken many breaks from hairdressing to travel, I have always returned to OPUS.  I have always had a keen interest in hairdressing, so what better way to pursue my career in a family salon doing what I love but working with friends that feel like family. Having been working in the industry and working for OPUS for 1 years, I was extremely happy to be promoted to head of training. I love the fact I get to now pass my knowledge and skills down to the younger generation. 

 

 

STYLISTS – 

Jade Ward: I am a young passionate stylist for OPUS Artistic Hair Design. At just 24 years old i am a Level 3 stylist, a qualified barber and i also specialise in the Beauty-Works Extensions. I thoroughly enjoy a good challenge and enjoying making my clients look and feel great. I also really enjoy working with all of our team and since joining here i feel i have gained a lot of confidence and experience. 

 

 

Charlotte Bailham: Having done hairdressing for the past 4 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, from trainee life to now a qualified stylist with balayages being my favourite thing to do. I strive to give my clients the best service whatever that may be, I’m so excited to start my new adventure with the lovely ladies at OPUS and I cannot wait to meet all you lovely clients.

 

 

 

 

Graduate Stylist – 

  Courtney Foulger: Having been part of the OPUS team for 3 years I already feel settled and really enjoy coming to work and learning. Having the best team around me to help and guide me onto the right path, i really feel part of the team. I love learning new things and just watching the girls in general do what they do best. I’m really looking forward to hopefully being as good as they are one day. 

 

 

 

 

 

Junior Stylist – 

Tillie Smith: Being youngest member of opus, i am really looking forward to pursuing my career in hairdressing. Having joined OPUS straight from leaving school, i really cannot wait to learn new things from all the help of the girls. From everything i have already learnt, i really enjoy dressing & styling the hair, plaiting and twisting & just chatting, getting to know all you lovely Clients.

 

 

 

 

Jess Ward: I started at OPUS in may 2021 and I am one of the juniors. Already I love blow drying and styling and I’m getting regular training from the girls in the salon. I really enjoy working with the team so far and I cannot wait to gain more knowledge and skills..
