SALON DIRECTOR/OWNER –
Teresa Gonzales: I first opened OPUS in 2005 with the idea to create a town salon with a village feel. With over 25 years of hairdressing experience, hair is definitely my passion and i strive on delivering such excellent experience for all clients. My forte is hair up and off the cuff re-styles, i love to create as i go, my best haircuts are born this way. I hope to one day own an academy so i can share my skills with the next generation of hair stylists.
SALON MANAGER –
Ashlee Kalla: I have now been part of OPUS for 11 years, where i have been trained and molded into the stylist i am today. You can usually find me foiling myself into my own little world (foiling queen) or creating sexy big bouncy blowdries for my clients. I love all aspects of hairdressing and attend many courses with the girls as possible to keep our skills up to date. I also enjoy training our apprentices and helping them build their confidence by passing on all my knowledge.
SENIOR STYLISTS –
Emma Irish: Being the newest stylist to the OPUS team, i really feel settled and welcomed into the family. Having done hair since leaving school it’s something i’ve always had a love for. Specialising in the Micro-Ring Extensions i feel i can bring something new to the salon and i’m really looking forward to meeting all clients and showing you all what i’m capable of.
Jade Ward: I am a young passionate Senior stylist for OPUS Artistic Hair Design. At just 21 years old i am a Level 3 stylist, a qualified barber and i also specialise in the Beauty-Works Tape Extensions. I really enjoy working with all of our team and since joining here i feel i have gained a lot of confidence and experience.
FUTURE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS –
Courtney Foulger: Having been part of the OPUS team for 2 years I already feel settled and really enjoy coming to work and learning. Having the best team around me to help and guide me onto the right path, i really feel part of the team. I love learning new things and just watching the girls in general do what they do best. I’m really looking forward to hopefully being as good as they are one day.
Tillie Smith: Being the newest and youngest member of opus, i am really looking forward to pursuing my career in hairdressing. Having joined OPUS straight from leaving school, i really cannot wait to learn new things from all the help of the girls. From everything i have already learnt, i really enjoy dressing & styling the hair, plaiting and twisting & just chatting, getting to know all you lovely Clients. I look forward to meeting you all.
